Illustration Friday ~ SMOKE

What a terrific topic this week with lots of possibilities! I chose the route of a label for a made-up pipe tobacco brand.

Created in Adobe Illustrator.

Cool old time packaging. Captain Mac's vintage mix is me favorite brand!

Beautiful wisps of smoke on this one! Very retro looking, it could be a nautical themed stamp!

Very snazzy! I'd buy if I smoked a pipe

A classic image! I'm visualising old tobacco tins of yesteryear. Is the smoke forming a question-mark like shape intentional?

Hi Amy - I missed visiting your blog the last week couple os weeks, so I want to tell you how lyrical your wind drawing is. And this piece is perfect...the colors, the "masculine' vibe with the strong edges offset by the vaporous smoke. Well done!

Great job Amy. Reminds me of when my unkle smoked a pipe. nOt a fan of smoking but I've got to admit, the pipe had a very nice scent. Looking forward to more work from you soon!
