I just completed this Save the Date map for an October wedding. Sandy Hook is at the northeasternmost corner of New Jersey, and the wedding site overlooks New York City. A lovely place to get married. Micron pens and watercolor pencils.

Such a cool idea!!! I like this a lot.
What a wonderful announcement! I love the hearts around the chapel :) At first glance, I thought it was Cape Cod but noticed the hook was to straight up. And then of course I read it..
I'm sure your friends are happy with this!
how fabulous...what a wonderful idea !!!
It's such a great idea! I've always liked maps but I've never thought that you can use them like this.
beautiful design - I've been to Sandy Hook and it is lovely
Hi Amy! I haven't been here in ages! This is a fabulous illustration...the couple must love it!
What a great idea for a project...create your own map, much like the early explorers, complete with pitfalls and the like...I like the pitfall here...the dangerous wedding chapel...JUST kidding...marriage is awesome...as long as you do HEAVY screening...nice job on this...(and really you did give me a great project idea so thanks!!!)
That is such a great idea. Nice work - like a treasure map.
My dear friend Amy Zaleski...It's great to see you here again! I've been thinking of you...wondering how you are doing.
Love this illo :)
Hugs!
Wonderful concept and execution! Reminds me a little of the kind of illustration you may see on 'Neverland' maps in Peter Pan or an illustration somewhere in the New Yorker (cover, perhaps?) Anyway, you friends should be very, very happy with your artwork!
This would be a fun way to do a party invite for a pirate themed birthday.
Oh, maps! What a great idea! The detail that could be used in drawing maps is mind blowing!
